I'm an Art Director for video games. I have over 8 years of experience in art, visual design, animation, motion design, concept art, illustration and branding.
My main responsibility is to ensure that my artists have what they need to be effective and do their best work. Other responsibilities include defining the art vision, giving concise feedback and instruction, prototyping interactions, producing art, design, animation, and helping to solve technical challenges related to art.
I enjoy creating compelling experiences, as well as working with design, engineering and metrics to help ensure business success.
INTERESTS
I'm currently writing a non-fiction book on happiness. I occasionally write music under the pseudonym, Smooti. I love RPGs, burritos, animated films and riding my bike.
